What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy explains how Lenni Global Services ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Launch Confident website at launchconfident.co and product (the "Service"). We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about it.
Email address and scorecard results. If you complete the Readiness Scorecard and ask us to send your plan, we collect your email address along with your scorecard score and which phases you marked as covered, partial, or exposed. This lets us send your plan and relevant first-business guidance.
Purchase information. When you buy the product, checkout and payment are handled by Gumroad. We receive order and contact details from Gumroad to deliver the product and provide support; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Basic usage data. Like most websites, our host and tools may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to understand general traffic.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own terms and privacy policies. These include Gumroad (checkout, payment, and product delivery), MailerLite (email list and sending), and Zapier (which passes your scorecard submission from our site to MailerLite). Each processes data on our behalf to provide these functions.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also email us to be removed. Transactional messages about a purchase (such as receipts or refund confirmations) may still be sent as needed.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (see Section 7).
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and rely on established providers (Gumroad, MailerLite, Zapier) for processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email hello@launchconfident.co and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
