These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Launch Confident product and the website at launchconfident.co (together, the "Service"), operated by Lenni Global Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
Launch Confident is a paid digital educational product for first-time U.S. business owners. It includes an ebook, checklists, spreadsheet tools, calling scripts, and fill-in templates. It is general education and reference material only.
Launch Confident is an educational product. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and using it does not create a client relationship with any firm or professional. Content is U.S.-focused; state, local, and industry rules vary and must be verified with the relevant authority or a licensed professional. Templates are starting points, not a substitute for professional review on high-stakes matters. You are responsible for your own decisions and for confirming anything specific to your situation with a qualified professional.
The Service is sold as a single product for $297 (USD), with lifetime access and free updates, through our checkout provider, Gumroad. Checkout, payment processing, and delivery are handled by Gumroad and are also subject to Gumroad's own terms. After purchase you receive access to download the included files.
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may fill in and use the templates and tools for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share the materials, or use them to create a competing product. The fill-in templates may be completed and used by you; the underlying template files themselves may not be redistributed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service doesn't make your path clearer, email us at hello@launchconfident.co within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment. Refunds are processed through Gumroad to your original payment method.
All content in the Service — text, design, tools, and templates — is owned by Lenni Global Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The license in Section 4 does not transfer ownership.
Starting and running a business involves risk. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, income, savings, approval, or result. Your results depend on your own actions, circumstances, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
